Polarized Charts

In addition to the charts implemented on VistaVision, POLA VistaVision includes several dynamic polarized tests, based on parameters and distance. All polarized test are displayed in a built-in polarized mode.

Binocular tests are shown with positive polarization through a special LCD screen: a unique solution for both monocular and binocular vision tests. Polarization is linear 45° / 135°. Polarized charts can be used with the polarized glasses included or with the phoropter's polarized lenses, as you prefer.

Polarized charts are in compliance with the "Guidelines for the Correction of Associated Heterophia", if applicable (see "MKH Measuring and Correcting Methodology after H.-J. Hasse" or visit IVBV Internationale Vereinigung für Binokulare Vallkorrektion).

POLA VistaVision (POLA-VV) can be controlled by infrared remote control or wireless 7" tablet touch named eyeTablet. The basic input device for POLA-VV is the remote control (RC). The infrared RC always comes with the LCD chart system.

Operation Panel developped on the eyeTablet is the professional way to interact to your POLA-VV chart system. By using the eyeTablet you can perform eye examination without look directly to the chart panel. It also includes more than 30 Near Vision Test for a comprehensive near examination.

Connectivity to Digital Refractor can be obtained by using BlueKit: our Wireless Connection Kit to Phoropters.
